With a 5-1/2-cup capacity, this versatile rice cooker and warmer features advanced fuzzy logic technology and a variety of cooking functions. Choose from white/sushi rice, mixed rice, porridge, sweet rice, brown rice, quick cooking, even cake. Its black, thick, inner cooking pan and heating system provide even heating for perfectly cooked rice every time. Other features include a detachable and washable inner lid, an easy-to-read LCD control panel, and automatic keep warm and extended keep warm, as well as a delay timer with two settings and a retractable power cord. In addition, its clear-coated stainless-steel exterior not only cleans easily, but also matches any kitchen decor. Accessories include a spatula, a spatula holder, and a rice-measuring cup. The 610-watt rice cooker and warmer measures 14 by 10 by 8-1/2 inches.

my husband and I bought this rice cooker because we love many different rice varities with our meals.
We were tired of not getting it right with the stove top pot.
This cooker is so easy and you get great quality rice each time. Cleaning is easy too. I cook alot more rice now that I can set the timer to cook. Before purchasing the cooker I would not have time to "wait for rice to cook when I came home to cook dinner" and do not like the taste and quality of the quick pre-cooked rice varities for stove top.
So glad we purchased this one.
My husband even stated "one of the best things we have ever purchased". He is a tough critic and we have purchased some pretty fabulous things.
He is right.
