Excellent little roaster

Believe it or not this is a perfect little roaster to use when cooking sous vide. We have the Sous Vide equipment and we have used the roaster with great results. The temperature stays even and it is easier to put it in a corner of a counter and leave it there because the roaster is small and rather decorative with its bright red color.
Great for reheating bread, and pastries too. It is a good second roaster if one has a big family and two ovens are not enough.

Pretty good value for price paid. Appears to be made in USA which is a plus. Make sure you spray the cookwell with PAM or similar product before cooking or you'll have a difficult clean-up to deal with.
