Pros:

Easy storage, Easy To Clean, Heats Up Quickly, Precise Controls, Quality Construction, Replaces large stove oven, Size and convenience

Cons:

Lack of disconnect cord

Best Uses:

Overnight baking, Quick Meals, Roasting

As a widowed guy, it negates the need to use the large stove oven, In addition, it is large enough that I can prepare a meal for my kids when they and their families are visiting. I am amazed at the ease of cleaning even when food hard cook on the exposed surfaces. I still have to find anything that I don't like about it. I bought 2 for my 2 daughters' homes for this Christmas (their request). When they used mine, they were sold on it.

This is more than I thought. Great!!!

I didn't realize that this item has so many uses ... originally purchased it as a slow cooker ... looks great on a table, etc.
