I purchased this product specifically for Thanksgiving. I was helping a friend in a smallish apartment prepare the dinner that day. As others have mentioned, the Nesco cooks fast and produces a dry, rubbery-skinned turkey. It was a disaster. For anything moist, like pulled pork or a stew, for instance, it would be great. As long as you needed to cook for about 50 people, which I never do. So, I'm giving it away.
