I though that this toaster oven was going to be slightly bigger than what it actually is. I can roast a chicken in it as long as it is very small.
Non-the-less it is great for roasting smaller items, baking and toasting. The timer is terrific.

Oven cooks very well. I wish settings like toasting would keep settings that I change it to. It needs to be changed from 4 to 6 every time you toast. Other settings also do the same thing.

This product is a very versatile machine and exhumes confidence. I have not come across any equal. I would be comfortable using it in an abusive break area.
It is self explanatory and easy to use. The control panel is error impossible. The options are useful for our needs. Even the included set of tongs has not disappeared because the kids love to use it.
I am very disappointed, but obligated to inform you that I would not buy it again. For no other reason than the signal/alarm built into its computer board. I have contacted the manufacturer and have been again disappointed to find out that there is no way to disarm the signal. With that being said, the customer service was helpful and cordial.
To explain, there is one ear-piercing beep when you have made the desired selection. Then there are four ear-piercing beeps to follow when the action is concluded.
I am not soft, I am a bit particular. But my family and I look at this thing and actually make the decision whether or not to use it because we know the discomfort that is to follow. Even if stopped before of the ‘set time’ it still screams. Be sure that you understand this is a smoke detector alarm. I would pay a small fortune to have the alarm disarmed.
We’ve had it for a couple of months. We are a dual working family with three youngsters and this appliance gets the horses hockey knocked out of it. Our growing family has pummeled several lesser units without effort. So I will not replace it until I find something that can absorb that impact.
This is a thought-out, well engineered vehicle that has an inconvenient feature that fell through the cracks when it was tested.
