doesnt get any better than this...no need for LED ...youll end up paying 3X more...for same picture quality..sound well LED's are even worst!.

[...] Easy to unpack and mount. I've not mounted on wall yet, but probably will soon, depending upon my concern voiced below.My only negative is the sound. It's not bad, but the speakers exit out the back which lends a slightly strange quality to the sound that I'm concerned that a wall mount may exacerbate. Of course, if you use the digital sound output through a home theater system, no problem, but who wants to do that for a mundane TV show?I wish that LG had included an output for external speakers powered by the internal amp--sort of like the 25-year-old JVC tube TV I once had. This is the best screen for glare-reduction I have seen. I never even considered a plasma for that reason. The Samsungs I previewed had the same problem, just not as bad as plasma.
