I use this TV for three reasons, all equally: TV/movies, as a computer monitor, and for video games. With the HDMI cable at full 1080p the TV picture is awesome. As a computer monitor it is great. For video games it is also amazing. The TV auto-detects that a game console is plugged in to the input (whichever input you use) and then sets itself to "Game Mode" which increases the frame rate and refresh rate to reduce the motion blur. It is incredible.
