This TV is fantastic. The picture is outstanding. The sound quality is not very good, but sound is no good on ALL TVs. I have external speakers for movies. The only negative is that there is not a blackberry-style flip down keyboard on the remote control for entering keyword searches in Youtube and other online media sites. The other thing is don't buy the Samsung LAN stick unless you don't mind spending $80. [...] I love this setup and it does everything I could ask!

Looking forward to viewing Blu-Ray movies, streaming video, and watching sporting events. Did not feel additional sound system warranted. So much clearer picture than the old 27" Sanyo.

I use this TV for most everything but gaming. It works great with My Samsung BluRay player and HD DirectTV. The sound is not that great but what LCD of this quality is? I have it hooked up to my stereo and a Sony sound bar.

TV was easy to setup & program. Initial menus were filled aplenty with options and without reading a manual took some stumbling around to learn.
Input lag will occur if you do not enable "Game Mode" for HDMI & Component input, otherwise the quality of the video coming in is post-processed to give a better overall picture.
Speakers are decent for a built in TV, much better than most Panasonic and LG TV's, and the "auto volume leveling" for TV shows when commercials come on will automatically adjust the decibel level to accommodate for spikes in volume. (Although I have my Surround sound system connected to the TV and don't rarely use them)
Color quality, sharpness, and contrast are amazing. Plenty of different modes and options to fine tune every aspect of the TV to gain the best overall appearance.
Buttons on the unit itself are "touch sensitive" and are very hard to see if not in a brightly lit area, so stick to using the remote.
The built media player will play almost any format of video, music, or photo that you have on an external flash drive, or network device. Most file-systems are supported as well and are able to pickup different partitions on a same device unlike other brands of TV's.
The Samsung apps that are able to be downloaded and installed are similar to the procedure of the "App Store" for Apple iPhones. Some of the more common apps like Netflix, Blockbuster, Pandora, Youtube, Google Maps, USA Today, and Yahoo! are useful. Enabling data to be streamed directly to the TV without the need of another set top box is a real time saver. Being able to bring up the TV guide within the Yahoo Widgets is quite handy when trying to figure out what is on live. As well as if supported by the Digital TV station, information and stats regarding the show you are watching is nicely formatted on the screen by hitting the "Info" button on the remote. Giving total runtime for the show, description, and show name.
The built in HDTV tuner is quite responsive, being able to effortlessly change through channels without getting "lag" in-between the change.
120hz should really only be used during fast action sports or scrolling text. In my opinion, with it turned on it gives movies, especially high-definition movies, a fake look to them. However, with that being said, you can fine tune the effects that the 120hz brings to play to get that perfect ratio you are looking for.
I have owned this TV for almost a month now, and if I could go back and retrospect and was prompted with the purchase again, I would not hesitate in purchasing this TV. The Size, features, and overall picture quality make this customer very happy with the TV chosen. I have done my research and have waited for over a year on picking the "right TV for me" and have recommended this to all my friends and family that are interested in purchasing a new TV unit. Yes I know its not LED, but when it comes down to price & performance, I don't think it could get any better than this.
P.S. In my opinion, no product should get 5 Stars unless it is UTTERLY and COMPLETELY perfect in every which way. That being said, me giving a product 4 out of 5 stars, should not be taken lightly as this product has far exceeded my expectations.

My 3rd HD set & it's the best! Samsung's been my pick for TV's for the past 6 years. Great picture & hookup was straightforward. I'm not really using the internet apps, but they're easy to use.
