Comments about SONY BRAVIA KDL-40V4150 40" LCD TV:

Some knowledge about electronics is required. The set-up instructions were a bit difficult for my wife & me to execute/completely understand. We had to ask a neighbor who has had many TVs to help. He had the TV up and running within five minutes but spent 1.5 hrs to make sure we had all the channels possible.The plastic outer surface/frame is very shiny. We prefer the matte finish of the 40" Bravia boughtNov '07.Both Bravia are superb. Our 2 analog TVs went out(picture tubes went bad) within 12 months of each other. We are VERY HAPPY with Sony products and would recommend this Sony Bravia to anyone who has the space for 40". At first it seemed big but this size is wonderful and we do not need anything bigger. This Bravia 41V4150 is in the basement which is where I love to watch TV. The other Sonia Bravia purchased Nov '07 is in the Living Room. We do NOT want a TV in any of the bedrooms! We bought both Sony Bravia from [...] and have purchased smaller items from [...] and have always been very satisfied [...] Thank you!
