I'm glad I waited for this Toshiba TV. It is probably one of the best sets on the market, and it sells for a reasonable price. My experience with Toshiba is that they make quality products. Also, LED sets consume much less power than Plasma and other LCD. You can feel the heat radiating from the face of these sets - just put you hand within a few inches to feel it.
This set produces excellent images with HD programs and good images with SD programs. I can't imagine blacks being any blacker. I was concerned about reflections since the screen is very shinny, but they disappear when the picture is on, even in a brightly light room.
We watch Lifetime and Halmark movies in SD, which are in wide screen format. Without adjustment, the picture is half the screen size, but there is a setting to enlarge the image to full screen. There are other enlargement options, which can be chosen by either scrolling or just entering the number to the left of the option.
I've connected six inputs: four HDMI and two Colorstream, and can choose them in the same manor as screen enlargement - by entering a number. My experience with other sets is that one needs to scroll to the choice. You can even add a label to each input.
The set offers lots of menu options, most of which are easy to choose. For some of them I need to refer to the well written user manual.
