We did a lot of research before we made up our mind on this TV
It has met all of our expectations so far.
We would deal with Abe again for sure.

I held off getting a flat screen TV as long as I could. My wife and I primarily use TV for watching news, movies, DVDs and sports. I was rushing around trying to get it wall mounted and operational in time for the Red Sox home opener. It's been several weeks and I am still amazed at the picture quality. It was easy to connect network router cable and get VieraCast running. Watching U-Tube on the big screen is something else. I just tied in my laptop, spent $20 on wireless keyboard and mouse and can now sit on the coach and surf the net, really cool. If I can do this you know it's easy. I was concerned about spending so much for a TV, it cost more than my first new vehicle, a 1972 Datsun truck, but when you find yourself saying "WOW" every time you watch it, it seems worth it.

This TV is the showcase of my home theater set-up and performs extremely well for everything from movies to sports to gaming. I love it and would recommend it to anybody. Although some may rank the Samsung higher, I am personally sceptical of the Samsung build quality. (Sort of like Hyundai vs Honda--getting better, but not quite there in my mind) I would say the only better plasma at this size or larger is the Pioneer, but I don't feel the Pioneer is worth the extra large amount of money compared to the price of this Panasonic.

Mounted this above my fireplace which was a bit of a laboring job since I hid all of the wires in the wall. At the end of the day, teh TV looks great and the picture on it is amazing.

Great product, very impressive color and picture. The internet connectivity is interesting, altho not much there yet unless you are a YouTube enthusiast. I was particularly impressed with the easy setup and internet connectivity. Just plugged it into an available port on my router, and almost instantly connected. No problems so far with any of the features. Everything works as described. I did a lot of research before purchasing this particular model. It came down to Panasonic or Samsung. I decided against the Samsung because they were consistently described as producing a lot of heat, and heat is the biggest enemy of electonics/high tech. Not so with the Panny. If you can afford it, this is the one to get....
