I bought this extra battery for my Canon HF200 HD camcorder.
You definitely need an extra battery or 2 for travelling.
I wasn't sure if the silver colour was going to match this model camcorder but it is an identical match.
As a bonus, it was cheaper than the black battery.
Overall, got what I wanted and saved money as well. Great transaction.
