I purchase this product for my 67 year old father who loves electronics. But isn't always sure how to use them. He purchase a Canon camcorder that uses ad cards and he wasn't able to get any of the video off the cards ,the first day with this he burnEd 8 DVDs.

made it really easy to transfer movies to dvd. however, you need to use the camera and burner to replay movies if you dont have an hd player.
