Comments about Canon FS-10 Flash Memory Camcorder:
I love the digital recording, since it saves me time in converting. The quality of sound is pretty good. Image quality suffers in low lighting. I get a better image quality in lowlight from my antique Hi8 camera.
I believe this camera is best suited for brightly lit. It's not something you would ever want to use as your main camera for weddings or concerts.

Comments about Canon FS-10 Flash Memory Camcorder:
I bought the camcorder because of a review that said it was a good beginner's camera, and I am indeed a beginner, although I did own a Canon digital camera before so was already familiar with the different functions. The salesman was very helpful in picking out accessories and I will look to him first whenever buying electronics from now on.

Comments about Canon FS-10 Flash Memory Camcorder:
This is my first camcorder. I'm very pleased with the camera and the format. The built-in memory is great for me, and the removable memory cards are readily available and getting cheaper everyday. It's small and light, easy to use, seems well-built and durable, has a 48X zoom, and the battery lasts a long time. Can't think of any complaints. I can't comment on most of the features. I just wanted something adequate with which to record my granddaughter, and was reasonably priced. This camcorder has an "EASY" button, that basically makes it a point-and-shoot. I used it regularly over this summer, and the more I used it, the more satisfied I became with my selection. I like it.
I recommend Abe's also. This isn't my first purchase from them, and I'm sure not my last.
