I bought this camcorder for my son who is a Video enthusiast just learning. He picked up the camcorder and took right to it with no problems at all. The camcorder is made so it is second nature to use and operate. The still pictures aren't perfect but after all it is made to be a camcorder not a digital camera. This camcorder is great bang for the buck with all the bells and whistles it offers. [...] Buy it, you won't be disappointed!!!!

This camera was purchased for my son and daughter in-law when they had our first granddaughter. It works great for recording her and sharing the video with friends and family. It's easy to handle, easy to operate, and records reasonably good video. I don't think I could have made a better choice.
