The camera performance and features are excellent. Picture quality is very good and the internal microphone is very sensitive. Operation is easy and reliable via the web. I hooked up PC speakers to the camera and it's fun to talk to the family - a 2-way audio & 1-way video conference.
I needed help from Panasonic Technical Support to get the correct IP configuration - they were real English speaking Americans. Panasonic Support was very helpful and got it working in 5 minutes. Hint: I'm a DSL user with a Linksys WRT54G WiFi router connected to a NetGear PoE switch. I needed to put the DSL modem in "bridge mode" and change my default gateway IP.
