Price Drop Guarantee Terms

• All claims must include invoice number.
• All claims must include invoice number.
• All claims can only be made after delivery of item.
• All claims must include the date when price drop was seen.
• All claims must be submitted within 30 days post purchase.
• Claim will be refunded via original payment method.
• The Price Drop Guarantee does not apply to items being offered with rebates.
• The Price Drop Guarantee does not apply to items being offered as closeouts, liquidations, or refurbished items.
• The Price Drop Guarantee does not apply to items purchased with special purchasing terms, special promotions, holiday promotions, Black Friday promotions, Cyber Monday promotions, Deal of the Day promotions or other variation(s) of promotions.
• Disputed, cancelled, or incomplete orders will not be honored by the Price Drop Guarantee.
• Price Drop Guarantee claims will only be accepted for purchases larger than $10.
• Price Drop Guarantee claims are limited to a maximum $100 per transaction.
• Price Drop Guarantee claims are limited to a maximum amount of $200 per customer within a 365 day period.
• Currency values will not be factored into Price Drop Guarantee claims.
• Only one refund claim may be submitted per purchase.
• The price reduction claim must be for the same product SKU number and color of the purchased item.
• All taxes, shipping, handling or service charges will not be factored into a Price Drop Guarantee claim.
