Description:
The Humminbird STH 7W Bronze Thru-Hull Transducer is for large boats, and boats with in-board motors that make most typical transducers ineffective. This bronze thru-hull transducer is not recommended for trailered boats, and Humminbird recommends you have it professionally installed due to the fact that it requires a hole be drilled in the hull and the shaping of a fairing block. The STH 7W is a six-beam transducer with a 53-degree beam angle and an operating frequency of 455 kHz that is intended for 3D sonar applications only. This unit is 4.25 inches in diameter, with a 1.25-inch below-hull depth and a shaft diameter of 0.81 inches. The Humminbird STH 7W comes with a 30-foot connecting cable and all the necessary mounting hardware, but does not include a fairing block. Scheduled for release sometime in April of 2007, the STH 7W is compatible with Humminbird's; Matrix 47 3D, 947C 3D, Wide 3D Vision, Wide 3D Vista, and Wide 3D Paramount sonar systems. This item is backed by Humminbird's one-year limited warranty.
