What an awesome old design! Everything about this Peugeot unit oozes quality. The superb black matte wood case is very beautiful and very well made. The mechanism is super well-made, and is basically a really big version of their time-tested pepper grinding mechanism. The grind can be adjusted from fine to coarse via a clever, simple and reliable mechanism at the top of the handle, and the whole thing works smoothly and reliably. Great old-world charm and reliability.
