All merchandise is shipped (Except TV's
over 37") using UPS.
The following shipment options are available for most items :
- 7-10 Business Days (N/A For Alaska & Hawaii & APO/FPO
addresses)
- 4-6 Business Days (N/A For Alaska & Hawaii & APO/FPO
addresses)
- 2-3 Business Days
- Standard Overnight
We strongly suggest that you provide a valid email address so that we
can provide you with a tracking number as soon as the order ships. A UPS
tracking number will be emailed to you once the package ships. There are
some internet providers that might mark our email as "Spam", so please
check you spam folder. UPS will attempt delivery three times before they
return the package back to Abe's of Maine. Please arrange for someone to
sign for the package upon arrival.

and does not include the 24-48 hours processing time that may be required to
verify your order and perform similar administrative procedures. Transit
times will take longer when your order is placed on or around a legal
holiday in which UPS does not operate. |

Abe's of Maine will gladly ship
packages to the U.S armed forces (APO/FPO) via USPS since UPS cannot
deliver to these addresses. USPS is available only for these destinations.
Abe's of Maine does not ship to PO Boxes via any shipping method.
Transit time for APO/FPO deliveries are not known and cannot be
guaranteed. APO/FPO packages ship twice weekly

TV Ground Trucking Service Threshold Delivery (7-10 Business
Days)
Your
Television will be delivered in 7 to 10 business days once shipped. A
ICAT representative will contact you once your order is in transit to
make an appointment for delivery. Please provide daytime and evening
phone numbers where you can be reached plus an email address is always
helpful!.
The driver should be in
your area between the hours of 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM; however, this is only
an estimate and we cannot guarantee this window. If the delivery window
changes, you can anticipate a courtesy call.
A single
driver will deliver the merchandise to your front entrance (threshold),
provided that it is on ground level. If the approach to the entrance
requires stairs (second floor or higher, basement), your order will be
delivered to the point closest to the entrance (threshold) that doesnt
require stairs. If the entrance requires a flight of stairs please select
our White Glove Service.

TV Ground Trucking Service White Glove (7-10
Business Days)
Your
Television will be delivered in 7 to 10 business days once shipped. A
ICAT representative will contact you once your order is in transit to
make an appointment for delivery. Please provide daytime and evening
phone numbers where you can be reached plus an email address is always
helpful!.
Delivery
appointments will be scheduled between 8:00am and 5:00pm Monday through
Friday with a four hour delivery window.
A team of two drivers
will deliver the merchandise to any room at the destination address. Your
merchandise will be unpacked and placed anywhere you desire*, and all the
undesired debris and packaging will be removed. (does not include assembly
or installation)
