through Abe's of Maine does not signify our acceptance of your order,
nor does it constitute confirmation of an offer to sell. Abe's of Maine
reserves the right to decline and cancel an order, or supply less than
quantity ordered at any time.
PLEASE NOTE: We are
not authorized to Ship any NIKON products outside of the continental
US at this time.
Given the popularity and shortage of some items, we may, infrequently,
have to restrict the quantity of a particular item ordered. We will
notify you if we are unable to accommodate your order. Abe's of Maine
may, at its own discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per
person, per household, or per order. We do not sell to dealers, resellers,
exporters, wholesalers, or customers who intend on reselling products
offered through Abe's of Maine.
We endeavor to publish accurate selling prices for the products we
offer. However on occasion we do make mistakes. In the event a product
is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to
typographical error or error in pricing or product information received
from our suppliers, Abe's of Maine has the right to refuse or cancel
any orders placed for products listed incorrectly. Abe's of Maine has
the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order
has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card
has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled,
Abe's of Maine will immediately issue a credit in the amount of the
charge. All promotions are subject to current stock. We reserve the
right to cancel orders for promotional merchandise that we no longer
have in stock. Prices are subject to change. Given the popularity and
shortage of some items, we may at times have to restrict the quantity
of a particular item ordered. We will notify you if we are unable to
accommodate your order. Abe's of Maine may, at its own discretion, limit
or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order.
Please note that we may place a limit of promotions/gift cards to be
used per order. Currently we allow only one (1) promotion code per order.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly help exchange
or return your product. New and unopened products may be returned for
a full refund within 30 days of purchase. We cannot accept returns thirty
days from your product's shipping date. If you require Technical Support,
Manufacturer Warranty information, Product Manuals, or Repair Locations,
please contact the manufacturer directly. Returnable products can only
be done so if RMA# was obtained within thirty days of the original date
of shipment. The returnable product must be 100% complete, in brand
new and unused condition, and must be properly repacked in its original
packing material, including all manuals, blank warranty cards, and all
accessories provided at the time of delivery.
The following items
are excluded from our 30 day return policy:
- A/V Furniture - Cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Large Appliances - Please click here
- GPS - Have a 14 day return policy.
- Laptops - Can be returned within 14 days if never
opened. If opened and defective, please have it serviced by
manufacturer.
- Printers - Once opened cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Security items - Not returnable, but can be exchanged
for the same item when defective, within 7 days.
- Home Theatre, DVD Recorders, Blu Ray Players, and A/V receivers
Once opened, all defects must go through the manufacturer.
- Apple iPods - If defective, it must go through the manufacturer.
- Nintendo WII AND WII fit - Cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Consumables - Once opened cannot be returned or exchanged.
- DJ Equipment - We will not accept returns for any product
that contains a hard drive or is a recorder. If the product is defective,
you must return it to the manufacturer directly.
- Software - Once opened, can be exchange for same title
only.
- Projectors - May be returned when defective. Exchanges
are for same model number only. If defective, exchanges must be
made within 7 days of acceptance of delivery.
- Shavers - No return or exchange due to health regulations.
All defects must go through the manufacturer.
- Headphones, Microphones and Bluetooth Accessories - Once opened, can be exchanged for the same
model within 30 days.
- Car equipment - Once installed, cannot be returned or
exchanged. All defects must go through the manufacturer.
- Marine and Camping Equipment - Cannot be returned. If
defective they may be exchanged for the same item only within 14
days.
- Helmet Camera - Once opened, cannot be returned if defective.
They can be exchanged for same item within 14 days.
- Computer Peripherals - no exchange or no return on these items.
- Sunglasses and Watches - Exchange only if Defective within 7 days.
- Special Order Merchandise - Cannot be returned or exchanged.
Merchandise can be returned only if in original manufacturer's packaging
in the same condition as sold, including all literature/instructions/documentation,
blank warranty cards, and all supplied accessories. If warranty cards
or rebate forms are filled, items cannot be returned for an exchange
or refund. Place the manufacturer's box into a shipping carton. Please
do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer's
package. Please do not mark the original manufacturer's box with any
writing. Ship to us pre-paid. For your protection insure the package
and ship via a traceable method. Abe's of Maine is not responsible for
lost or damaged packages.
The customer is responsible for return shipping to our warehouse.
In the case of a defective exchange, Abe's of Maine will provide and
pay for outbound shipping of replaced merchandise.
Merchandise that ships via truck cannot be returned for refund or
exchange, nor can these orders be cancelled or refused once shipped.
(We may refuse your return or charge for return shipping).
TV/Big Screen/Rear Projection/Monitor Purchase Policy
TV/Big Screen/Rear Projection/Monitor purchases are special orders
and can only be canceled prior to the shipment of the order. Customers
cannot cancel an order that is en route.
TV/Big Screen/Rear Projection/Monitor orders come with full Manufacturer's
Warranties. Most include in-home service.
TV/Big Screen/Rear Projection/Monitors are not returnable to Abe's
of Maine. If initially defective they must be serviced by an Authorized
Service Technician. Abe's of Maine can help you locate your nearest
Authorized Service Technician.
Upon delivery, it is the consumer's sole responsibility to inspect
the TV/Big Screen/Rear Projection/ Monitor to insure that it is not
physically damaged.
DO NOT SIGN the delivery manifest until you have inspected the TV/Big
Screen/Rear Projection/Monitor. Once you sign for the item, you are
signing acceptance of the product physically as is and CANNOT refute
the charges for a physically damaged unit from that point forward.
If the merchandise is damaged, please make a notation on the delivery
manifest, and have the delivery person sign as a witness to the damage.
If you are refuse the delivery of an undamaged TV, you are responsible
for the shipping, handling, and insurance charges for the delivery BOTH
WAYS. Please note that a refund will be issued for the cost of the product
only. You will not be reimbursed for the shipping, handling, and insurance
charges.
If your television does arrive damaged please contact our customer
service department immediately at 800-992-2237 ext. 2 so that we can
arrange for a replacement to be shipped out.
Please note that all televisions with 6 or less dead pixels is industry
standard for all manufacturer's. There will be no refunds or exchanges
for television with 6 or less dead pixels.
Large Appliances Return Policy/Air Conditioners
All appliance/air conditioners purchases are special orders and can only be cancelled
prior to the shipment of the order. Customers cannot cancel an order
that is en route.
All appliances/air conditioners come with full manufacturer's warranties. Most include
in-home service
Appliances/air conditioners are not returnable to Abe's of Maine. If initially defective,
they must be serviced by an authorized service technician. Abe's of
Maine can help you locate your nearest authorized service technician.
This applies to Air Conditioners as well.
If your item does arrive damaged, please contact our customer service
department immediately at 1-800-992-2237.
Upon delivery, it is the consumer's sole responsibility to inspect
the Large Appliance/air conditioner to insure that it is not physically damaged.
If the item is delivered via UPS please contact our customer service department as soon as you can to report the damage.
DO NOT SIGN the delivery manifest until you have inspected the Large
Appliance/air conditioner. Once you sign for the item, you are signing acceptance of
the product physically as is and CANNOT refute the charges for a physically
damaged unit from that point forward.
If the merchandise is damaged, please make a notation on the delivery

Fitness Equipment Return Policy
All Fitness Equipment purchases are special orders and can only be
cancelled prior to the shipment of the order. Customers cannot cancel
an order that is en route.
All fitness equipment includes manufacturer warranties. Most include
in-home service.
Fitness Equipment is not returnable to Abe's of Maine. If initially
defective, they must be services by an authorized service technician.
Abe's of Maine can help you locate your nearest authorized service technician.
If your item does arrive damaged please contact our customer service
department immediately at 1-800-992-2237.

the Fitness Equipment to insure that it is not physically damaged.

Typographical Errors
We strive to publish accurate selling prices for the products we
offer. However on occasion we do make mistakes. In the event a product

Abe's of Maine will immediately issue a credit to your credit card in
the amount of the charge.
Price Adjustments
Abe's of Maine's prices are determined by the cost of the product
when purchased from our distributor. Due to fluctuating wholesale costs
from our distributors prices may vary daily. Abe's of Maine offers the
lowest current price possible. We cannot offer price protection since
our distributors do not offer it to us. There will be no price adjustments
given once your order is shipped. This is the only way we can ensure
that we give our customers the best price possible.
NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A RMA #
If any of the above conditions are not met, Abe's of Maine reserves
the right to either refuse the return or to charge a restocking fee
of not less than 15%. Abe's of Maine will not accept a return of any
product that is missing any manufacturer supplied accessories or if
there is obvious damage or visible wear and tear to the unit. Shipping
and handling charges are not refundable. Return RMA# are valid for 10
days. Merchandise must reach us within 10 days of receiving the return
RMA#. Please call (800)-992-2379 Ext. 2 to get a return RMA number.
Each product sold on this site is packaged with applicable manufacturer's
warranty and service information detailing specific terms and conditions.
We encourage you to complete the product registration information and
return any registration cards to the manufacturer so that they can contact
you when necessary. Abe's of Maine is not an authorized reseller of
certain products listed for on our website. To be an authorized reseller,
manufacturers may require that Abe's of Maine abide by manufacturer's
suggested and minimum selling prices* Abe's of Maine would not be able
to provide you with low prices if in compliance with certain manufacturer's
suggested and minimum selling prices. In instances where Abe's of Maine
is not an authorized reseller of the products sold, these manufacturers
may decline to offer the manufacturer's warranties that usually accompany
the product being purchased. These products may be purchased directly
from the manufacturers with such manufacturer's warranties but may not
be offered by manufacturers at the deeply discounted prices offered
by Abe's of Maine. Abe's of Maine cannot be responsible for the decision
of a manufacturer not to offer or abide by such warranties. In the event
a manufacturer fails to honor their warranty within a 1 year period,
please contact us directly. We usually are able to get the product repaired
at no charge to you by our repair center.
