This is probably one of the best televisions I've ever owned. Incredible picture quality when viewing 4K content. However, a heads up to anyone who has trouble following directions: they are scarce. LG includes just the basic setup instructions and even these are "picture-only" instructions. There is no text explaining anything and even the pictures they provide are hard to decipher. So, I went online to the LG website to see if I could find more detailed instructions that I could print. I only found the same ones that came in the box. Getting the TV stand attached was not so bad but again, the instructions were vague at best. Then, actually setting up the TV was a complete nightmare. I could only see and hear snow when trying to connect my cable box with the HDMI cables to the back of the TV. The instructions that LG provided were totally useless so I resorted to trial and error until I finally saw a picture appear on the screen. I have no idea what I did but it is working n

was really worried when I ordered this TV because of the negative experiences people have had with quality issues and such. And this is the most expensive and largest TV I've ever bought. The thought of having to call for a service issue was not appealing, as I think LG still has some infrastructure problems in that area here in the U.S.
