Return & Shipping Policy

 


In the event you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly help you exchange or return your product. Please call our toll-free number 800 992 2237 EXT 2 for a Return Authorization Merchandise (RMA) number. All products must be in new condition, with all original packaging and accessories. UPC codes must be intact and rebate forms unfilled. No return will be accepted without a return authorization number.

Within 14 days of confirmed receipt of delivery you may return your order for a refund less a 10% percent restocking fee.

Any order that is refused  or sent back without an RMA will be charged 10% restocking fee and the shipping and handling charge each way. If you want to cancel your order after it was shipped do not refuse shipment contact us for an RMA. Also, if you input the wrong address or leave out the apartment number and the shipper return the package to us you will be charged an 10% percent restocking fee.

Merchandise can be returned only if in original manufacturer's packaging in the same condition as sold, including all literature/instructions/documentation and all supplied accessories. If rebate forms are filled, items cannot be returned for an exchange or refund. Place the manufacturer's box into a shipping carton. Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer's package. Please do not mark the original manufacturer's box with any writing. Be sure to write you return authorization number on the outside box. For your protection insure the package and ship via a traceable method to the address on the RMA that is provided. Abe's of Maine is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

A refund will be issued to the original credit card or the original form of payment.

Return Policy for Defective (items):

Defective items may be returned to us within 14 days of receipt for a full credit of original price after receipt and confirmation from our warehouse that the item is indeed defective or damaged. You will not be charged a restocking fee on defective merchandise. We will gladly exchange it at no cost to you. Please note the exact problem or issue so our technician can replicate the error. If the item is found to be non-defective you will be charged a restocking fee

Return Policy for Non-Defective (items):

 Non-Defective items may be returned to us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund minus a 10% percent restocking fee

Returned merchandise must be in original condition and include all factory packed accessories and paperwork (e.g. battery, charger, cords, straps, unmarked warranty card, manuals, etc.), in the original manufacturer box and packaging with UPC, barcode, and serial number intact.
Incomplete returns will receive a reduced credit, reflecting any missing peripherals.
The product serial number must match the serial number in our database. Buydig.com maintains serial number tracking.
We require that all approved returns of computers, tablets, and similar devices have the password removed or restored to the system default.
Return merchandise must be double-boxed with no writing on the manufacturer's box. Your Return Authorization number should be prominently displayed on the outside of the shipping box.

Extended Warranties

Extended warranty plans are registered to your unit right away, so they cannot be cancelled once purchased.

Pro Audio, Headphone, and Security Camera Policy

 Logitech, Bose and Cisco products are special ordered merchandise and non returnable unless defective  within 7 days of receipt. We require 15 percent  non refunabel deposit on these items. This deposit is non refundable since its a special order. Once we receive your deposit and order the merchandise you cannot cancel your order.

Order Policy

If the products you originally ordered are changed via phone with our sales representative during the order confirmation we will email you a new updated final invoice. Please review it carefully, to make sure you are fully satisfied and agree to the changes made, once the order has been shipped there are no price adjustments. Accepting delivery means you are confirming any changes made to order if different from original invoice and accept the price and model changes as shown on invoice attached to product upon delivery. If you have any issues with updated invoice please contact us right away because once the order is shipped there are no price adjustments

Due to the continual expansion of the market and certain manufacturer's restrictions, we are sometimes unable to list our entire catalog. Is Abe's of Maine an Authorized Dealer?

We carry a variety of name brand products, some of which we ARE an Authorized Dealer & some of which we are NOT an Authorized Dealer. If you do not see the “Authorized Dealer” logo on the product detail page then we are NOT authorized for those products. Some notable manufacturer’s that we are NOT Authorized Dealer for include Canon, LG, Nikon, Panasonic, Tamron,  Weber Sigma, Samsung & Sony.

Television Policy And Weber Grill Policy

 

There are NO returns once the television , or grill  is signed for by you or a consignee.

 

During delivery of the television or grill it is the responsibility of you or your consignee to inspect the unit for any damage or defect. If you see any damage or defect or are not satisfied with the contents of the delivery DO NOT accept delivery, simply refuse the shipment, and note the reason on the delivery manifest. If refusal  is due to damage, please call our customer service right away so that we can file a claim and set up an exchange promptly. Once the delivery is signed for and accepted for there are NO returns on your order.

Once you or consignee has accepted shipment and signed delivery manifest you are acknowledging that the TV or grill was inspected for damage and defects, that you have reviewed your updated email order confirmation which was emailed to you at time of order confirmation, the shipment is as described to you at time of purchase and matched your online or phone order.

If for ANY reason at all you are not satisfied with the contents of your TV or grill at time of delivery DO NOT accept the shipment, please refuse it because once the unit  is signed for there are NO returns.

 

Wallmounts and Hdmi Cables are not returnable.

If your TV is shipped via Fed Ex or UPS then you must inspect the TV right away the and contact us via phone or email  within 24 hours of delivery , or refuse the shipment  if there is any physical or internal damage. If you dont contact us within 24 hours of delivery there are no returns or exchanges allowed.

Refusal and Cancellation Policy of a Television or Grill Order

If you for any reason you decide to cancel your order such as the order does not fit your needs, or you changed your mind while the order is en-route to you please be sure to REFUSE shipment. DO NOT sign for it because once you sign for it there are absolutely no returns.

 If you are refusing the delivery of an undamaged TV or appliance you are responsible for the delivery BOTH WAYS, and a 10 percent restocking fee. Shipping charges are $200 each way. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Shipping, Handling and Insurance Fees

Since our products are high valued and delicate in nature all orders are subject to a shipping handling and insurance charge.
You will be notified of the insurance cost at time of order confirmation and the charge will reflect on your final invoice which will be emailed to you at the time we contact you to finalize your order

 

 Shipping to a Freight Forwarder or Logistics Company

 

If your order is being shipped to a freight forwarder or logistics company, we advise you to insure the package with them as well because once they receive and sign for the unit we are not responsible for any lost or damage claims.
